Today’s New York Post is reporting that the Feds may seek a subpoena to compel actress Mary-Kate Olsen to tell them who was involved in selling drugs to actor Heath Ledger. Olsen, a friend of Ledger’s, was the first person called after the discovery of the actor’s body. He died of a drug overdose in January.
The Post described federal authorities as “frustrated” because Olsen refuses to cooperate. The Post says authorities have contacted “everyone” associated with Ledger to find out about his death. Olsen is refusing to meeet with authorities unless she is granted immunity.
