LA THIEVES STEAL 4,000 GALLONS OF GAS

WORTH STEALING ?

KNX radio in Los Angeles is reporting that thieves in Burbank, California have stolen 4,000 gallons of diesel fuel from a service station that was closed for the evening.

Police say the theft occured sometime before 5 a.m. and whoever stole the fuel must have been driving a tanker truck. When workers at the station arrived in the morning they discovered the company’s underground diesel tanks had been drained.

Gas tanks don’t have locks but require a special device to open them.
