FORMER MIAMI QUARTERBACK BUSTED

KENNY KELLY

Former University of Miami quarterback and Major League baseball player Kenny Kelly was arrested yesterday. He was charged with three felony counts of trying to deal marijuana.

Kelly played 11 seasons of professional baseball appearing in 26 Major League games with Tampa Bay, Cincinnati and the Washington Nationals. He was the University of Miami’s starting quarterback in 1998 and 1999 leading the Hurricanes to a Gator Bowl win over Georgia Tech.
