Khloe Kardashian is one of Kim’s sisters and a reality tv actress. She spent an entire 173 minutes in jail after being sentenced to 30 days for violating terms of her DUI probation. The L.A. County Sheriff’s department then let another celebrity go because of “overcrowding.”
