ACTUAL PHOTO FROM WEBSITE “TO SAVE CALIFORNIA’S NUDE BEACHES”
San Onofre’s Trail 6, one of California’s oldest nude beaches, is about to go from “clothing optional” to clothing mandatory.
The beach, which is located next to Camp Pendleton, is the victim of a government crackdown on nudity. State officials are beginning an “educational period” starting Monday. They will inform nude beachgoers that as of Labor Day anyone caught without clothing at the beach will be cited and fined.
A nudist organization which promotes “wholesome family nude recreation” is trying to fight the ban.
