FLAMINGO HOTEL LAS VEGAS
Singer Toni Braxton’s show “Revealed” has been dropped by the Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas. Braxton has been performing at the Flamingo since 2006 but took a break in April after suffering chest pains.
Donny and Marie Osmond have already signed to do a live show to replace Braxton. They were scheduled to start in September but that date may be moved up with the departure of Braxton.

The wife of legendary comedian Bill Murray has filed for divorce. The couple has been married for ten years and has four children.
In her divorce petition, Jennifer Butler Murray accuses Murray of repeated physical abuse and drug addiction. Mrs. Murray says she was forced to take the couple’s four children and move out of the house because of her husband’s “adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse, sexual addictions and frequent abandonment.”
She also accuses Murray of hitting her in the face with a closed fist in November and threatening to kill her.
Murray is probably the only major star in Hollywood history who doesn’t have a lawyer or an agent. The couple has a prenup which agrees to pay Mrs. Murray and her children $7 million in the event of a divorce.
Jennifer Butler Murray has obtained a restraining order against her former husband.

The entertainment website TMZ.com has this incredible news: In the biggest odds-breaking paternity upset since Larry Birkhead, former American Idol Clay Aiken is going to be a father!
Don’t leap to any conclusions about Aiken’s heterosexuality. TMZ says the mother-to-be was artificially inseminated. 50-year-old Jaymes Foster is a record producer and reportedly “best friends” with Aiken. Foster was actually the producer of several Aiken cd’s.
Though not a couple, Aiken will reportedly have “an active role” in raising the child.

SUMO WRESTLING STAR TOYOZAKURA LOSES FACE OVER LADLE ASS-WHOOPING
Japanese sumo wrestling star Toyozakura has taken a thirty percent pay cut after it was discovered that he beat an 18-year-old apprentice wrestler with a cooking utensil.
Toyozakura, whose ladle-wielding assault left his young victim bleeding and needing eight stitches, publicly appologized for the incident. He has been ordered to take the salary cut for his violent outburst and costing his sumo wrestling organization a loss of face.
According to an espn.com article, hazing has become a tremendous problem in sumo:
Violent hazing, or beating during training, has long been seen as customary, contributing to the sport’s struggle to attract new recruits. But there was a public outcry over the death last year of a teenage apprentice who was beaten with a beer bottle and a baseball bat.
Toyozakura admits he beat his apprentice over the head with the ladle.
