Guess who has the number one selling album in America. Would you believe Neil Diamond?

That’s right, the 67-year-old Wuss Rock legend. Diamond had the biggest day of his lengthy career on Tuesday selling an amazing 30,000 copies of his newly released Home Before Dark. He is projected to sell over 125,000 albums this week and sit atop The Billboard 200.

Diamond has never had a number one album in his life despite charting 45 different albums and selling over 120 million records.

His new album features a duet with Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks.

Personally, I can’t stand the guy’s music but then nobody ever built a statue of ME:
